2. Allocation of Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) Funds / Motion by Bruch, second by Collins to continue to
March 19, 2013. Carried 5-1, with Kidd against.
L. COUNCIL REPORTS —
Deputy Mayor Collins reported on AWC /NLC discussions regarding keeping tax exemptions intact for municipal bonds and
encouraged Council and staff to pay close attention to this issue. Councilmember Bruch reported on her recent attendance with
Deputy Mayor Collins at the Saturday Farmers Market Council table. No other reports given.
