Clallam Economic Development Council — 4th Quarter Report M -1 Manager Myers spoke regarding the special City Council meeting with DOE on January 9, with DOE, the City Council retreat on January 21, and the upcoming solid waste survey regarding recycling and solid waste services. N. EXECUTIVE SESSION - under the authority ofRCW 42.30.110(1)(g) and (i). O. ADJOURNMENT - 8:15 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS Public hearings are set by the City Council in order to meet legal requirements. In addition, the City Council may set a public hearing in order to receive public input prior to making decisions, which impact the citizens. Certain matters may be controversial, and the City Council may choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process.
