Bridge Open house appreciated staff addressing concerns brought up at meeting and attended Washington State Transit Association
meeting and received a thank you note from their Executive Director for attending. And he attended the Keegan Hall dedication at
PCollege. Mayor announced December 15 installation of time capsule for 150th celebration and she will be attending the Victoria
Council meeting to present proclamation. Collins attended the Veterans Ceremony at the USCG Air Station, Keegan Hall at Pen.
College and Grand Opening of Eagles Lodge. Attended quorum on homelessness with Downie. Di Guilio — no report.

Councilmember Bruch noted today's blessing of
the new Kacee Way road. Downie also noted how
impressed he was with the ceremony's grace and
dignity.
