L. COUNCIL REPORTS — Councilmember Mania stated the ceremonial recognitions at the beginning of the meeting were very
timely in light of the Sandy Hook Elementary tragedy. Councilmember Downie recognized the League Of Women Voters and their
regular attendance at Council meetings. Mayor Kidd stated the Sesquicentennial events had come to an end with the Time Capsule
ceremony and thanked everyone for their participation. Councilmember Di Guilio echoed Councilmember Mania's comments and stated
he wished he could have thanked all of the award recipients personally.

Manager McKeen spoke regarding the reports
in the packet; informed Council staff was in
the process of applying for the renewal of the
99 year lease for Ediz Hook. He also thanked
everyone for their support over the past year.

order to receive public input prior to making decisions, which impact the citizens. Certain matters may be controversial, and the City
Council may choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process
