Home My WebLink About0844t ORDINANCE NO. f9 • AN ORDINANCE ordering and providing for the construction of a lateral sewer in the following described portion of the following described alley in the City of Port Angeles, to wit: In the alley run- ning easterly and westerly between Second and Third Streets and between Cedar Street on the East and Tumvater Street on the West, being the al- ley running through Block 48 of the Townsite of Port Angeles, together with manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, wyes and other equipment nec- essary and suitable to complete said improvement; creating Local Im- provement District No. 121; and providing for the payment of the cost and expense thereof by special assessments upon the property within the "immediate payment" said district according to law and by the mode of "aca xxi,xximmAz ", all in accordance with improvement resolution No. 121 of the City of Port Angeles, and in accordance with maps, plans and specifications pre - • _ pawed bythe City Engineer and approved and adopted by the City Commis- sion. THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. That there is hereby created a Local Improvement District to be called Local Improvement District No. 121, which said district is described as follows, to wit: All of the territory that may be sewered by the said lateral sewer as herein ordered to be construct- ed, and all the property between the described termini of said improve- ment abutting upon, adjacent, viscinal or proximate to said portion of : - -s-a1d = 7-to-a&istance back from the marginal 1i.nes` hereof according _ to law. Section IV. That the said assessments shall be defrayed and paid by the mode of "immediate payment" as defined by law and the ordin- ances of the City of Port Angeles, Washington. Section V. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage and approval, and from and after five days after its lawful publication. Passed first reading by the City Commission, May 9, 1928. Passed second reading by the City Commission, May 16, 1928. Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Commis - - sion, -May 16, 1928. r' .
