An Ordinance amending Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1020,
as amended by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1087, entitled, "An Ordinance
relating to the use of the streets of the City of Port Angeles, pro-
viding for designation of special restricted zones, etc." and de-
claring an emergency.

Section 1. That Subdivision F of Section 4 of Ordinance
No. 1087, being an amendment of Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1020, is
amended to .read as follows:
(F). BUS ZONE. Beginning at a point on the south curt line
of .Front Street a distance of 100 feet westerly of the West Margin
of -Lincoln Street and running thence westerly along said curb line
R distance of 100 feet.
Beginning at a -}pint on the west curb line of Lincoln
Street and a. point 150 feet north of the north margin of Prong Street
and running thence northerly a distance of 36 feet.
Beginning at a point on the west curb line of Laurel .Street
and a ooint 170 feet north of the north margin of Front Street, end
running thence northerly a distance of 35 feet.
No cars or other vehicles of any kind except the busses and.
or trucks operating from said depots or zones shall be oartred at any
time in front of said zones, and said zones shall be available for
the buese.s and or trucks operating therefrom.
The folloTMrinl portion of Subdivision I` of Section 4 of
Ordinance No. 1087 is specifically cancelled and repealed, to -dt:
"Beginning at a ooint on the east curb line of Laurel street
and a point 4 feet south of the south margin of front Street, running
thence southerly a distance ,eY 34 feet."

Section 2. TAI ZONE. Beginnin,T at a point on the north
curb line of Front Street a distence of 125 feet easterly of the
East Margin of Laurel Street and thence runnin7, easterly a distance
of 32 feet along said north curb line.
Section 3. This Ordinance is necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace and safety, which emergency is
hereby declared to exist, and that this Ordinance shall take effect
and be in full force from and after and immediately upon its passage,
approval and lawful publication.
Passed first reading by the City Commission the -2,_L day of
September, 1945.
Passed second reading by the City Commission the 26 day
of September, 1Q45.
Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the
City Commission the 3 (Ray of bepter, 1945.
