`'+WAS, there has been filed a petition praying for the vacation
of a certain alley hereinafter described, and it appears that the owners
of more than two- thirds of the property abutting upon said alley have
joined in the petition and due and legal notice of the time an place
of said hearing upon said 'petition Navin; been given. That the City
Commission, after hearing on said 'petition, having determined that
said petition should be granted, now, therefore,

Section 1. That the following alley be and it is vacated, to-wit:

with Vine Street westerly to the ppoint of

Section 2. The City of Port - ngeles specifically reserves the
right to go in and upon the portions of the strr-ets and alleys herein
vacated for the purpose of erecting utilities poles, laying sewers,
or esta.blisb.ing any ot!ier public utilities sohich it may determine
tecessary on said alley, 'A.th the ri'ht of ingress end eggress for the
purpose of constructing, me'ntaining or removing sail' facilities.
Fection 3. mhis ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, avroval and
lawful publication.
