AN ORDINANCE VACATING ALL OF THE ALLEY RUNNING
THROUGH BLOCK THREE HUNDRED NINETY -ONE (391)
OF THE TOWNSITE OF PORT ANGR LFS .
WHEREAS, THE BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ORDER OF ELKS hav-
ing filed herein its petition praying for the vacation of the alley
running through Block Three Hundred Ninety -One (391) of the Town-
site of Port Angeles from the westerly margin of Pine Street to
the easterly margin of Cedar Street in said City; said alley lying
between and abutting upon Lots One (1) to Ten (10) and Lots Eleven
(11) to Twenty (20) in said Block; and it appearing that the
petitioner is the owner of all of the property abutting upon the
alley to be vacated, and the time and place of said hearing has
been given, and the Mayor and City Commission having determined that
said petition should be granted, now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COM','iISSION OF THE
'CITY OF PORT ANGELES:

SECTION 1. That that certain alley described as follows,
All of the alley running through Block Three Hundred
Ninety -One (391) of the Townsite of Port Angeles,
from the westerly margin of Pine Street to the
Easterly margin of Cedar Street and abutting upon
Lots One (1) to Ten (10) and Eleven (11) to Twenty
(20) in said Block Three Hundred Ninety -One (391) of
the Townsite of Port Angeles, all in the City of
Port Angeles,
be, and the same is hereby vacated.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, approval
and lawful publication.
