AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley in Block One Hundred and Ninety (190)
of the Townsite of Port Angeles.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council of the City
of Port Angeles praying for the vacation of a portion of a certain alley herein
after described, which petition has been signed by more than tow- thirds (2/3)
members of the property abutting upon such alley and where said City Council did
on the 18th day of December 1952, by appropriate resolution, fix the 5th day of
February, 1953, at the hour of 8 :00 O'clock P.M., at the City Council Room in thel
City of Port Angeles as the time and place for hearing upon said petition and,
WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of the hearing of
such resolution has been given as provided by law, and said hearing has been
held, and no objections or protests to said vacation have been received by the
City Council or offered by any person, and said City Council has determined that
the prayer of said petition should be granted and the alley described in the
petition should be vacated; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. That the following described alley in the City of Port
Angeles be, and the same is hereby, vacated, to wit: That certain alley running
through Block One Hundred and Ninety (190) of the Townsite of Port Angeles,
abutted on the North bb Lots One (1) to Nine (9) inclusive and on the South by
lots ten (10) to eighteen (18) inclusive all in Mock one hundred ninety (190)
of the Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
days after its final passage, approval and lawful publication.
