AN 0 W1NAIlCE decl: rin` the alley as the same is now con -
structec and in use and operation between Lots 20 and 21 of Block
124 and connecting the alley in the Easterly portion of said block
with Char bers Street, and the alley as the sane is now in use and
operation between Lots 21 and 20 in Block 125 connecting; the alley
in tr.e Westerly portion of said Block 125 with Chambers Street,
all in D. W. Morse Subdivision of Suburban Lot 8, Townsite of Port
Angeles to be a public alley, and providing a continuous a.Lley
through Blocks 124 and 125 of said D. W. Morse Subdivision.
WHEREAS, in the original survey of the Townsite of Port
Angeles all alleys therein run in an Easterly and Westerly d'rec-
tion and in order to conform to the - streets and alleys as laid
out, established and in use it is necessary that said alleys run
in an Easterly and Westerly direction between the numbered streets,
and
.,' HEREAS, in laying out the sewers, telenhone lines and
grading of alleys between First and Second Strout and from Jones
to .`ashinLton Street a distance of two blocks the alleys through
Block 121 and 125 of D. ". icrse Subdivision of Suburban Lot 8 of
the Townsite of Port Angeles were laid out to conform to the
standard of alleys within the City of Port Angeles, and
vtE R ,AS, said alley has been graded, telephone lines and
sewer lines have been built therein and said alley has been in
use and operation for a period of twenty -five years; now, therefore,

as follows:
Section 1: That the South ten (10) feet of Lot 21 and the
North ten (10) feet of Lot 20 in Block 124, and the South ten (10)
feet of Lot 21 and the North ten (10) feet of Lot 20 in Block 125
all in D. :"crse Subdivision of Suburban Lot 8 of the Townsite
of Port AnEeles be, and the sane are., hereby declared to be and
established as a public alley of the City of Port Angeles.
Section 2: That said alley as hereby established has been
in use and operation as a public alley for a period of twenty -five
years and that the same is necessary for sewer, telephone,
electric distribution and public travel of the City of Fort Angeles,
its residents and citizens.
