AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles declaring an
emergency, and making transfers between certain funds.
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1962 Budget no
fund was established for construction of the swimming pool, it be-
ing felt that the funds from the sale of the bonds would be suffi-
cient; and

bond issue to secure a first class swimming pool due to the
necessity of making an interest payment on the bonds, legal ex-
penses, pool equipment, and other matters; and

these funds in the approximate amount of $7,200.00; and
WHEREAS, at the time of the adoption of the 1962 Budget the

the Current Expense Fund will not actually be paid until 1963;
and
WHEREAS, there are ample funds in certain surplus accounts
which can be used and repaid at a later date; now, therefore,
