RE: Corporation Yard Construction Fund
Ken:
Considering the fact that monies for the corporation yard are reserved
and budgeted in several different funds, we think it best to establish
a separate, special fund for purposes of consolidating and administering
all monies for the construction project.
Inasmuch as the project will be continuous for a period of time, the
idea of a separate fund is much simpler than use of a reserve account.
The attached ordinance would authorize establishment of such a fund.
Thanks.
