ORDINANCE NO. Ol0 7.1
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles annexing
approximately eight acres contiguous to the City
of Port Angeles upon petition of Dan -Mac Enter-
prises, Ltd., a British Columbia Corporation;
R. P. MacMillan; Berniece Swegle; Helmi Eshom;
D. P. Lind; Peter Orban; and Ruby Lentz, Execu-
trix, Brown Estate.
WHEREAS, the necessary petition has been filed with the
City of Port Angeles requesting annexation of the following des-
cribed area to the City of Port Angeles which is contiguous to said
City; and
WHEREAS, the necessary legal steps in connection with
said petition have been completed including the holding of a pub-
lic hearing on said petition after due and legal notice thereof;
and
WHEREAS, the requirements of Chapter 43.21C RCW have
been met; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Port Angeles believe=
that it is in the best interests of the City and its residents that
said petition for annexation be granted; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1. The following described area is hereby an
nexed to the City, provided the conditions described in Sections
2, 3 and 4 are met:
Blocks 3, 4, 5 and 6, Green's Belle View Addi-
tion, together with the abutting rights -of -way
as follows: S.R. 101; Clallam Street; Belle -
view Avenue - Golf Course Road; alley in Block
5; vacated Lincona Street; vacated Washington
Street; vacated alleys in Blocks 4 and 6; all
in Clallam County, Washington.
Section 2. The area shall bear the outstanding indebted
ness of the City contracted prior to or existing at the effective
date of this ordinance.
Section 3. The area zoning shall be divided as follows:

Commercial Arterial District (CAD) - The north
325' of Blocks 3 and 4, including vacated Lincona
Street;
Residential Multi- Family (RMF) - The south 200'
of Block 4, including vacated alley and the north
30' of vacated Washington Street;
Single - Family Residential (RS -7) - All of Blocks
5 and 6, including the south 30' of vacated Wash-
ington Street abutting Block 5, and the vacated
alley in Block 6;
All situated in Green's Belle View Addition.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall not be published or be
effective until the petitioners execute an annexation agreement
containing the conditions recommended by the Planning Commission
on November 14, 1979.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at
a regular meeting of the Council held on the 20th day of May,
1980.
