AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles
amending Ordinance No. 2678 to correct
an error in the legal description of a
vacated alley.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2678 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Section 1 Vacation. Subject to the terms and
conditions of this Ordinance, the following described portion of
the 7/8 alley is hereby vacated:
That portion of the 7/8 alley abutting Lots
1 - 5 and Lots 14 - 18, Block 229, Townsite
of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective five (5)
days after date of publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 7th day of July,
1992.

Ordinance No. 2695
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles amends Ordinance No. 2678 to
correct an error in the legal description whereby the following described portion
of an alley is vacated: That portion of the 7/8 alley abutting Lots 1 -5 and Lots
14 -18, Block 229, Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.
Ordinance No. 2696
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles repeals the surety bond requirement
for self - insured workers' compensation obligations and repeals subsection III B of
Ordinance 2087 and Section 3.30.050 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.
Ordinance No. 2697
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles requires surety bonds for certain
officers and employees of the City of Port Angeles in the principal amount of
$50,000 each for the City Attorney and Finance Director and $25,000 each for
the City Clerk, Chief of Police, City Manager, City Engineer, City Treasurer,
Accountant, and Senior Cashier. This Ordinance amends Section 1 of Ordinance
1017 and Section 2.44.020 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.
The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be
mailed upon request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Ordinances will take effect five (5) days after publication of this summary.
