AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles
rezoning property located west of Chase
Street and east of Lincoln Street,
Port Angeles, Washington.
WHEREAS, the Port Angeles City Planning Commission has
held a public hearing and recorded its recommendation to the City
Council in the Planning Commission minutes of August 11, 1993;
and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the State Environmental
Policy Act (Chapter 43.21C RCW) have been met; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after a public hearing,
finds that said rezone would be consistent with the changes in
circumstances since the area was originally zoned; would be in
the best interest of the City and of its citizens; and would be
consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES as follows:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map (Ordinance No.
02.7407
2-1-5.8-) and Ordinance No. 1709, as amended, are hereby amended to
change the zoning of the following described property from ACD,
Arterial Commercial District, to RHD, Residential High Density:
Lot "B" of Short Plat No. SHP 89(01)01, Lots 1 - 6,
Block 17, 'Thompson's and Goodwin's Subdivision, and
Lots 7 - 9, Block 18, Norman R. Smith Subdivision, TPA.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attach
a copy of this Ordinance to the Official Zoning Map and to file
a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Clallam County
Auditor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective five
(5) days after the date of publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles

Ordinance No. 2775
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property located west of
Chase Street and east of Lincoln Street from ACD, Arterial Commercial District,
to RHD, Residential High Density. The property is legally described as: Lot "B"
of Short Plat No. SHP 89(01)01, Lots 1 - 6, Block 17, Thompson's and
Gbodwin's Subdivision, and Lots 7 - 9, Block 18, Norman R. Smith's
Subdivision, TPA.

This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles alters the rates for the sale of
electricity and amends Ordinances 2608 and 2646 and Chapter 13.12 of the Port
Angeles Municipal Code.
The full text of this Ordinance is available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be
mailed upon request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This Ordinance shall take effect five days after the date of publication of this summary.
