AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles
rezoning property located in the 800 Block of
Georgiana Street from RS -7, Residential Single
Family, to OC, Office Commercial, and amending
the Official Zoning Map.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Port Angeles has held a public
hearing and recorded its recommendation to the City Council in the Planning Commission minutes
of April 12, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the State Environmental Policy Act (Chapter 43.21C
RCW) have been met; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after a public hearing, finds that said rezone would be
consistent with the changes in circumstances since the area was originally zoned, would be in the
best interest of the City and its citizens, and would be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. The Official Zoning Map (Ordinance No. 2801) and Ordinance No. 1709, as
amended, are hereby amended to change the zoning of the following described property from RS-
7, Residential Single - Family, to OC, Office Commercial:
Lots 12 and 13, Block 37, Norman R. Smith Subdivision
of the Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attach a copy of this Ordinance to the
Official Zoning Map and to file a certified copy with the Clallam County Auditor.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall become effective five (5) days after the date of publication.

This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property located in the 800
Block of Georgiana Street from RS -7, Residential Single Family, to OC, Office
Commercial, and amends the Official Zoning Map.
Ordinance No. 2865
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles creates an exception from short plat
right -of -way access requirements in limited circumstances and amends Ordinance
2222 and Chapter 16.04 PAMC.
The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be
mailed upon request. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
These Ordinances shall take effect five days after the date of publication of these summaries.
