AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles revising
and establishing fees for certain services at
Ocean View Cemetery and amending Ordinance
2789, as amended, and Section 3.70.020 of the
Port Angeles Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
Section 1. Section 15 of Ordinance 2789, as amended by
Ordinance 2800, and Chapter 3.70 of the Port Angeles Municipal
Code are hereby amended by amending PAMC 3.70.020 to read as
follows:
3.70.020 Ocean View Cemetery. The charges for the use of
the Ocean View Cemetery shall be as follows:
A. Site Acquisition
1. Adult grave lot - $575.00 $650.00
2. Infant grave lot - $125.00 $150.00
3. Cremains - $150.00 $165.00
B. Opening and Closing
1. Adult grave lot - $375.00 $415.00
2. Infant grave lot - $125.00 $150.00
3. Cremains lot - $125.00 $150.00
4. Entombment - $200.00 $250.00
5. Inurnment - $7$.00 $85.00
C. Stone Setting - $100.00 S110.00
1. Cement Charge, Single - $7.00 S100.00
2. Cement Charge, Double - $100.00 $125.00

K. Residents of the City of Port Angeles, who present
adequate proof of residence within the City of Port Angeles at
the time or purchase, to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Director, shall be entitled to a 15% discount from
the charges set forth in Subsection A of this Section.
Section 2. If any section, sentence, clause, or phrase of
this Ordinance should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional
by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or
unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or
phrase of this Ordinance.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect five days
after the date of publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at
a regular meeting of said Council held on the 19th day of
December , 1995.

Ordinance No. 2901
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises the Budget for the fiscal year ending December
31, 1995, adopts the Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1996, and amends Ordinance
2849.
Ordinance No. 2902
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles increases the monthly utility account charge for the
Medic I Program from $2.00 to $3.00 and amends Ordinance No. 2274, as amended, and Section
8.36.030 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.
Ordinance No. 2903
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises and establishes fees for certain services at
Ocean View Cemetery and amends Ordinance 2789, as amended, and Section 3.70.020 of the Port
Angeles Municipal Code.
Ordinance No. 2904
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property throughout the City in accordance
with the public interest and the Comprehensive Plan and amends the Official Zoning Map,
Ordinance No. 2881.
Ordinance No. 2905
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles establishes City horizontal and vertical datums for
surveying and mapping purposes and repeals Ordinance 1408.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
These Ordinances shall take effect five days after the date of publication of these summaries.
