The Connnission met in regular session and was called to order by Mayor Beetle. Roll call showed the
following cfficere present: !;ayor Beetle, Connnissioners Beam and Mnd, Attorney Conniff and 61erk
Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Building 'Permits the following were granted:
Florence E. Baskins, Build vhicken House, Lot 12, block 240, "ownsite

Under the head of Reports frcm City Officers the fell owing was read:

It was moved by Commissioner Beam that the above Treast:rer's report naming depositories for City funds for
the year 1941 be approved. Seconded by Commissioner Lind. On rcll call all members voted aye. The Mayor
declared the motion carried.
