Roll call showed the following cfficere present: !;ayor Beetle, Connnissioners Beam and Mnd, Attorney Conniff and 61erk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building 'Permits the following were granted: Florence E. Baskins, Build vhicken House, Lot 12, block 240, "ownsite 100.00 Under the head of Reports frcm City Officers the fell owing was read: I To the Honcrable ~ayor and City Commissioners, Gentler.len: As required by law, I hereby designate the I Bank & Trust Company of New York City as depositories pngeles. First National Bank of this City and the Chemical for the year 1941 for the funds of the City of Port Respectfully ycurs, I Madge H, Nailor, City Treasurer It was moved by Commissioner Beam that the above Treast:rer's report naming depositories for City funds for the year 1941 be approved. Seconded by Commissioner Lind. On rcll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
