The Commission met in regular session at 10 a.m, and was called to order by Mayor
Davis. Roll call showed the following officers present. 1~yor Davis,Commissioners Beam
and Filion,Attorney Plummer and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous sesseion were read and approved.

Under the head of Licenses and Permits the following were granted.
R.A.Gallway, Remodel room for resturant, Lot 15 Block 14,Townsite
C.A.Pringle, Garage, LOt 24,Block 3,Cain's Subd.,of Suburban Lot 36,Townsite
Eva M.Swanson Home Rooms (7 rooms)

Police Judge Pro-tem John Geisness reported 8 cases tried and $55.00 collected in
fines for the month of January,1933. Report ordered filed.

Under the Head of New Business,-
It appearing that the City Water System had been extended to the Lighthouse on
Ediz Hook Lighthouse Reservation and that the pipe used in the construction of said
extention had been furnished by the government,- It was therefore moved by Commissioner
Beam that the Government be furnished Water at the Lighthouse for domestic purposes
at the rate of ~ 1.00 per month and 50% of the regular Meter rates for TIater furnished
boats from their station. Seconded by Commissioner Filion. On roll call all members
voted aye. ~he Mayor declared the motion carried.
It appearing that a member of the City Commission shoud be named as a member of the
Co~~ty Relief Committee. - It was therefore moved by Commissioner Beam that M~uor Davis
'be named to represent the City Commission on said County Relief Committee. Seconded by
Commissioner Filion. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion
carried.
The Superintendent of utilities annual reports on the Light and Water Departments
were read and ordered filed.
The contract for the Dislosal of City Garbage with J.R.McDonald was continued for the
year beginning Feb.3,1933 and ending Feb.2,1934.
The Commission examined and allowed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn
for.same,-
