The iCommission met in regular session at 10100 A.M., and was callsd to order by Mayor Epperson. Roll call
I!of officers smwed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissicners Steele and Johnson, Attorney I
Wilson and Clark Law.
"Minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
IUnder the heado'of applications for building permits the following were granted:

Clara Johnson Remodel;, Lot 19, 8lk. 236, Townsite 500.00 j
Under the head of new wsiness. Warren Morse .spoke before the Commission regarding pedestrian crossing on
First Street between Laurel and Lincoln to which he and other individuals are opposad. The Commission
informed that crossing has been approved, but will not be installed until new traffic light system has been
tested, which will determine if crossing is necessary.
Harry Taylor and Committee appeared regarding radio range finder to be located in this area. Donation of
money or labor to install the range finder was requested by the Committee. lifter discussion, it was
I'decided that the Port, county, and City Commissioners JOOet Friday. February 15, at 10:00 A.M., in the

Under the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City. the following was
