Roll call I!of officers smwed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissicners Steele and Johnson, Attorney I Wilson and Clark Law. "Minutes of the previous session were read and approved. IUnder the heado'of applications for building permits the following were granted: " 3,3.. - A. .Kirk Move Dwelling; Lot 4, Blk. 257, Townsite 1,000.00 E. E. Bradshaw Remodel Dwelling, Put in Basement; Lot 16, Blk. 28B, Townsite 500.00 George J. Gouker .Remodel; Lot 18, 8lk. 4. P.S.S.C. 1,000.00 Clara Johnson Remodel;, Lot 19, 8lk. 236, Townsite 500.00 j Under the head of new wsiness. Warren Morse .spoke before the Commission regarding pedestrian crossing on First Street between Laurel and Lincoln to which he and other individuals are opposad. The Commission informed that crossing has been approved, but will not be installed until new traffic light system has been tested, which will determine if crossing is necessary. Harry Taylor and Committee appeared regarding radio range finder to be located in this area.
