Umer the head of unfinished business, the public hearing on final assessment roll for' L.I,D. No. 169 was
opened. Manager Vergeer advised that all property owners concerned have bren duly,notified. Also, due to
tenancy <if Lots 14 and 15.. Block 184, the same having been divided into 70' by 100 property area, !'lr.
Vergeer recommended that assessments be equalized to amount of $314.10;bertefits beibg the same to each
omler and including both trunk and lateral. It was moved by Councilman Brown that equalization be approved
as recommended. SecolliJd by Councilman N.ecr and carried.
There ha-.Q.ng been no protests or objedtions. made or filed, it was moved by Councilman 110lfe that hearing
be closed and assessment roll referred to the City Treasurer for collection. !1otion seconded by Councilman
