The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and was called to order by lfayor
Davis. Roll call showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Commissioners
Lutz and Masters, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of .~pplications for Licenses the following were granted:

RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING SALE OF AD UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST
IN Olm CEDAR POLE AND ONE ANCHOR
WHEREAS, The Superintendent of Utilities having presented to the Commission a Bill of
Sale to the Pacific ~'elephone and Telegraph Company for one-half interest in one 35 fOdt
round cedar pole, C. L. No. E429. located on the north side of 16th Street and being the
third pole east of "C" Street, and one-ha:j.f interes t in one anohor on Pole C. L. No. C429,
looated on the north side of 16th Street and being the first pole east of "C" Street, the
consideration in the Bill of Sale bemng $7.00, and
.ffiEREAS, It appearing that the said Bill of ~ale is in prop er form and tha t the exccut ion
thereof is desirable and for the best interest of the City,
NOW, THEREFOOE, BE IT RESOLVED, 'i:hat the sale be approved and the Mayor ani City ~lerk be
authorized to e~ecute the said Bill of Sale in duplioate o~ behalf of tIE City of Port
Angeles.
It was moved by Commissioner Lutz that the foreGoing Resolution be approved and
adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Masters. On roll call all membern voted aye. The
Mayor declared the motion carried.
The matter of contracting for gasoline and oil for the year 1936, came up for con-
sideration. It was moved by Commissioner Masters that the Mayor be authorized to sign
contracts with the various oil companies operating in the ~ity of Port Angelen. to fur-
nish the City with gasoline and oil for the year 1936. Seconded by Commissioner Lutz.
On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
The Commission examined and allowed the following claims and ordered warrants
drawn for same:
