ROLL CALL: Members Present: Mayor Braun, Councilmembers Campbell, Doyle, Hulett, McKeown, Wiggins, and Williams. Members Absent: None. Staff Present: Manager Ibarra. Goals & Objectives The purpose of this special meeting was to discuss the Council's goals and objectives. Break Mayor Braun recessed the meeting for a break at 10:15 a.m. The meeting reconvened at 10:25 a.m., and the Council continued its discussion.
