M., and was called to order by Mayor RobiBSon. Ross call showed the following officers present: Mayor Robinson, Commissioners Beam and Masters, I. Attorney Johnston and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of applications foe building pemits, the following were granted: C. B. Buttemere, B. W. Elsworth, Fred Van Scouoc, T. A. Conrad Remodel house, Lot 11, BUck 71, Townsite, " Remodel Kitchen, Lot 20, Block 108, Townsi!te:, Remodel Kitchen, Lot 14, Blmck ~4l, Townsite, Build garage, Lot 18, Blick 504, Townsite, $ 150.00 200~00 150.00 200.00 I; Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions, the following resolution was introduced: RESOIllTIml WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described real property, having acquired the same by Treasurer's deed, dated February 19, 1945 under and by virtue of the authority of Section 9595 of Remington's Revised Statutes, Chapter 145, of the Laws of 1929, page 565, to-wit: ilots Eight (8) and Nine (9), BiIlock Two Hundred Seventy- two, (~?2, Townsite of Port Angeles, Washington, and WHEREAS, Florence Wilson has offered to purchase the above described real property from the City of Port Angeles for ,the sum of ~p 300.00, and, I WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair value and at this ti..:J.e it is the best interest of the City :llhat it should be accepted and the sale made. NOW, THEREroRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the lIaid j)roperty, ;ftlprll!ate sale to the said Florence Wilson, for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to any other valid liens agair.st the same; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a quit claim deed; conveying said property to the purchaser, and that the City 61erk of the City of Port Angeles be and' he is hereby instructed to execute said quit claim de8d, and that the Mayor of the City of Port Angeles be and he is hereby instructed to ccuntersign said quit claim deed. It was moved by Commissioner Masters that the foregoing Resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Beam. On roll call all members voted Aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
