REVOLVING FU1ID Ci t~; Treasurer Taxes 45.82 Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following resolution WRS intruduced: RESOLUTIOK I WHEREAS, The City of Port,Angelss is the o~~sr of the following described real p~opetty;, haVing ac4uired the same ~ Treasurer's deed, dated June 8, 1940, under and by virtue of the authority of Section'9393 of Rer..ington's Revised Statutes, Chapter ]13 of th~ Laws of 1929, page 365, to-wit: Lot Fifteen (IS), Block Seventy-three (73), Townsite of Port lIngeles, WashinGton, and WHEREAS, W. A. Swanson has cffered to p"rchas6 from the City of Port Angelos the above described real property for the SUr.l of ~125.aO, payable as follows: C25.00 as a dovm payment and $10.00 on or before March 15, 1942, and $10.00 en or before the 15th day of each and every month thereafter until paid in full, together with interest at the rate of 7% per an:lUm on omntl.ly balances and paid with the monthly install- ment, -and WHEREAS, The Cit". Conrnission has Vi€1'led the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair value and that at this time it is the best L<1tsrest of the Cit", that it should be aooepted and thGsale made. NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESGLVED, that said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the said. property at private sale to the said W. A. Swanson for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to any other valid liens against the same; that the Ci~y f~torney be instructed to prepare a quit claim deed :onveyL~ said property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port Angeleo be end he is hereby instructed to execute said _.uit claim de.:d, and that. the Mayor of tho City of Port Angeles be and he is hereby instructed to countersign said q"it claim deed when the pu~chase price and all acorued interest. thereon has been paid in full. It was moved by Commissioner Beam that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded ~ Commissioner Lind. On roll call all members voted aye. The ~ayor deolared the motion carried.
