The Commission met in regular session at 10 A. M., and was called to order by Mayor Robinson.
Roll call showed the foll:owing officers present, Mayor Robinson, Commissioners Beam and Masters, Attorney
Johnston, and Clerk Hawkins.

Under the head of introduction of resolutions, the following resolution was introduced:

The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
The City Clerk was instructed to issue a
sanitary body and hoist. The bids to be
the right to reject any and all bids .

RESOLUTION
I
YffiEREAS, Tho City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described real property, having acquired th~
same by Treasurer's deed dated Feli. 25, 1945, under and by virtue of the authority of Section 9595 of
Remington's Revised Statutes, Chapter 145 of the Laws of 1929, Page 565, to-wit,
Lot Nine (9) of the Subdivision of Block Three (5)
of the Subdivision of Suburban Lot Seventeen (17),
in the City of Port Angeles, Washington, and
WHEREAS, Henry A. J. Hendrickson has offered to purchase from the City of Port Angeles the above described
real property for the sum of $200.00, payable as follows: $20.00 as a down paynent, and$lO.CO on or
, before the 2nd day of April, 1945, and $5.00 on or before the 2nd day of each and every IllIimth thereafter
: until paid in full, together with interest at the rate of 7% per annum, computed on monthly balances due
, and paid ,nth the monthly installment, and

'WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair
value and at this time it is to the best interest of the City that it be accepted and the sale made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,ZThat said offer be accepted and that Ilha City of Port Angeles sell the said
property at private sale to the said Henry A. J. Hendrickson for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to
any other valid liens against the same: that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a qutt claim deed
conveying said property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port A!l€eles be and he ie
hereby instructed to execute said quitclaim deed, and that the Mayor of the City of Port Angeles be and he
is hereby instructed to countersign said quit claim deed when the purchase price and all acc1l1lEld interest
thereon has been paid in full.
Under the head of new business: Roy Zeigenfuss having transferred his right, title and interest in and to
, all of Lots 2, 5, 4, & 12 to 20, Incl., in Block 401, Townsite, to E. R. Mathews, requested in writing,
that when all the terms of the sale are completed, that the deed be issued to the said E. R. YAthews.
The sale of said property having been authorized by that certain resolution passed Qr the City Commission
Nov. 22, 1944, and recorded in Vol. 21, Page 58,
The Commission exalllined and allowed the following claims, and ordered warrants drawn for the same:
