ORDINANCE NO. 1454
AN ORDINANCE relating to the regulation and licensing of the business of distributing
and exhibiting for use and play certain amusement machines and devices, fixing
the license fees thereof and repealing Ordinance No. 1350, and amending Sections
2 and 3 of Ordinance No. 1126.
It was moved by Councilman Randall that the foregoing Ordinance be approved and adopted. Seconded by
Councilman Sandison and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

I MINUTES or SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING - MARCH 10, 1960
The City Council met in special session at 8: 00 P. M., Officers present were: Mayor Richardson, Council-
men Smith, Sandison, Maxfield, Randall and Caldwell, Manager Slankard, Attorney Moffett and Clerk Law.
The meeting was called to consider investing Funds derived from sale of Port Angeles Water Revenue Bonds,
and a meeting of the Finance Committee to be scheduled for further study.
, It was recommended by the City Manager that the Finance Committee meet to consider the investment of
I Bond Money secured for the reconstruction and additions to the Municipal Water System which are now
I underway.

That the Finance Committee study the progress payment plan which will be submitted to them and that the ,
Attorney prepare a Resolution designating the amounts and date of ,redemption , the Resolution to be submitt'ed
to the Council at t)'le next regular meeting on March 17, 1960.
It was moved by Councilman Caldwell that the recommendation be accepted, the Finance Committee authorlzJd
to meet and consider investing the surplus Funds. Seconded by Councilman Maxfield and carried. I,
No further business appearing, the meeting was adjourned.
