The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.

RESOLUTION
under t;,e head of Introductio:1 of Resol~tions the following resolutions were introduced,
WHEREAS, The City of Port Angeles is th~ o~ner of the following described real property, having acquired
the same by Treasurer's Deed, dated W~rch 6, 1942, under ond by virtue of the authority of Sectiun 9595,
Chapter 143 of the Laws ~f 1929) page 365, to-wit:

Lot Twelve (12), Block Two Hundred Seventy-seven (?77) of tte .ownsite of
Port ~ngeles, Washington, and
WHEREAS, Evelyn M. Tinkham has offered to ~urcha5e the above described real property from the City of Port
Angeles for the sum of ~125.00, papble as follows: ~12.50 as a down payment and $5.00 on or before
~pri1 21, 1942, and ~5.00 on or before the 21st day of each and every month thereafter until paid in full,
together with interest on monthly balances at the rate of 7% per anGllm and paid with the monthly onstall-
ments, and
WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is or .the opw~on that the offer is fair

N~V, THER~FORE, EE IT RESOEVED, that said offer be accepted and that the City of Port ~ngeles sell the
said property at private sale to the said Evelyn I,:. Tinkham for the sum hereinabovs set forth, sllbject to
any other valid liens against the same; that the ~ty Attorney be instr~cted to prepare a quit claim deed
conveying said property to the pu~chaser, and that the City Clerk of thc City of Port Angeles be and he is
hereby i:lstncted to execute said quit oleim deed, and that the Mayor of the City of Port Angeles be and he
is hereby instructed to countersign said quit claim deed when t;,e p~~chase price and all accrued interest
thereon has been paid in full.
It was moved by Commissioner Beam that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by
Com~issioner Lind. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
RESCJtUTION
VIHEREPS, The City of Port Angeles is the ovmer of the fall owing described real property, having acquired
the same by Treasurer's Deed, dated ~~rch 11, 1942, under and by virtue of the authority of Ssction 9393,
Chapter 143, of the Laws of 192~, page 365, to-wit:
Lot Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), mock One Hundred Twent;'l-one (121) of
the to~~site of Port &~seles) Washir.gton, and
I WHEREt,S, George VI. Rogers has of "ered to purchase the abcve described real property fro;;) the City of Port
P.ngeles for the sum of $250 ,00, payable as follows: lt25.00 as a down pa~'ltent and $10.00 on or before
April 25, 1942, and 110~00 on or before the 25th day of eac;, and every month thereafter until paid in full,
together with interest on ~ont;,ly balances at the rate of 7% per annum and paid with the monthly install-
ments, and
WHEREJ,S, The City CDJrn"ission has viewed the said property and is of the opu;~on that the offer is fair
value and that at this time it is the best interest of the City that it should be acoepted and the sale
rr.ade.
NOW, THr:R:"FORE, BE IT R,;SOLVED, that said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the said
property at private sale to the said George W. Rogels fcr the 'ouu hereinabove set forth, subject to any
other velid liens against the SAne; that t~e City Attorney be instructed to prepare a quit claim deed
conveying seid property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port ~ngeles be and he is
hereby instructed to ey.ecute said quit chim deed, and that. tc.e ~layor of the City of Port AngEles be and he
is hereby instructed to countersign said quit claim deed when the purchase price and all accrued interest
thereon has been paid L"l full.
It was moved by Corrmissioner Beam that the foregoing resolution be apprcved and adopted. Seconded by

RESOIUTION
TO SELL PROPERTY AC~UIRED BY FORECLOSURE
WHEREAS, The City of Port Ar,geles is the owner of the follovring described propert.y in the City of Port
Angeles:
Lot Fifteen (15), Bleck Two Hundred Twenty-two (222) of the Tovmsite
Angeles, Clallam County, Washington,

~mprovement assessments
which said property hAS been acquired by the City on foreclosure of delinquent lccal
under Chgpter 205 of the Session L~rs of 1927, and
WHEREAS, Frank E. Robideau has offered to purchase the above desc~ibed real property fro~ the City of Port
~ngeles for the sum o~ t125.CO, payable as follo~s: $25.00 as a down pa3~ent and ~lO.OD on c~ before the
6t.h day of April, 1942, and ';;10.00 on or before the 6th day of each and every month thereafter until paid
in ~~ll, tOffether with interost on monthly balAnces at the rate of 7% per ap~um and paid with the monthly
installments, and
WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is cf the op~~on that the offer is fair
value and is in excess of the amount paid by the City for said property, plus all L.I.D. assessments,
including interest and other charges against the sa~e,
NOW, TllEHEFOPE, 3~ IT PESOLVED, that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the
said property at private sale to the said Frank E. Robideau for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to
any valid liens against the some; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a deed conveying
said property to the purchaser and the City Treasurer be authorized to execute the said deed in accordanc~
with the provisions cf this resclution p.~d Chapter 275, Sessio~ Laws of 1927 when the p~rchase price and
all P.ccrued interest thereon has been paid in ""11.

WllER'OJ,S, The City of Port Mgeles is the O7TIler of the following described real property which was regul~rly
acquired for municipal purposes, which now however, is no longer needed,

WHEREAS, under and by instr~ctions cf the City Col1l'l'ission, the City Clerk offered the "bove deecribed
property for sele by issuing a call for seoled bids for the purchase of the said p~opsrty, bids to be
opened February 11, 1942, at which time the bids were cpened and it W2S found that the bid of J. H. Paris
of e.150.00 was the hi&hest and best offerJ and
vmE~_S, the City Commission is o~ the opinion that the offer it:; fair value and thRt 8t this time it is to
the bost interest of the City that the bid be accepted and the sale ~~de.
