The Conmission met in regulAr session at 10 A.M. and wss called to order by Mayor Robinson. Roll cell showed the following officers present: Mayor Robinson, Commissioners Beam and Masters, Attorney Johnston and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applicatiolltl for fuilding ~ ermi ts and Licenses thll following were grented: IIrs. John R. Bland, Addition to House, Lot 15, Block B, Cain's Subd. F. D. Yeager, Addition to Bed Room, Lots 1~ & 13, Block 4, Cain's SUbd. Of Sub. Lot 18 L. Pearce, Peddler's License for lIarch IB, 1944 L. Pearce," "" 14, 1944 175.00 ~OO.OO 10.00 10.00 I Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following resolution was introduced: RESOLUTION The City Commission of Port Angeles having met in regulAr session this 15th day of Ilarch, 1944, ell of the cOIllll1asioners being present, the following resolution was duly passed. WHEREAS, Bond No. 510B4, dated Jenuary, 1943, wherein W. F. Phillipe is principal, and Bond No. 51003, dated January, 1943, wherein Irene B. Thompson is principal, each appear by error to have been issued for a periOd of three years, and that such bonds should be considered as having been 1asued and effective for a period of one year from January 1943, until January; 1944. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that bonds for the year commencill/l 1944 to 1945, having been accepted by said principals, and the above numbered bonds will be con- sodered in force for oneyeer from the dete of deposit and execution only. It was IIOved by CoJDllissioner Ilastera that the f oragging resolution be spproved and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Beam. On roll call all members voted aye. The lIayor declared the motion carried.
