Roll call Ishowed the following officers present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, Attorney Wilson, liand Clerk Law. . I I'Minutes of the previous ssssion were read and approved. The Police Chief and Commission approved the transfer. , . 'I.ou Kiszak presented a petition signed by property owners and others requesting the alley west of Lincoln Street between Third and Fourth Streets be opened. The COllllnission informed that cost of opening alley IIlIlSt be .paid by the abutting property owners. The petition was referred to the Engineer with instructions to draw profile and estimate cost. , IMrs. Bland spoke before the Commission regarding light Tind water service on 15th Street between A and B "Streets. After discussion, it was decided that the property owner would my pipe and dig trench for which ::credi t will be given for water delivered. . Light Supt. Lean raquested permission to call for bids for the purchase of one service truck, bids to be i10pened April 7th. It was moved 0/ Commissioner Steele that the said bid be published. Seconded by ':Commissioner Johnson. All voted Aye. Motion carried. ,Under the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City, the following were 'introduced: Michael J. and lDrena L. Fey Lots 17-18, Blk. 418, Townsite Michael J. and Lorena L. Fey Lot 5, Blk. 425, Townsite Margaret J. Mead Lots Sand 8, Blk. 145, Townsite It was moved by Commissioner Steele that the foregoing resolutions be approved and the property sold. Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
