Mr. Ide also reported on inspection cf Rutherford kennels, and found I sanitary conditions unsatisfactory. It was moved by Commissioner Steele that the said kennel should be ' declared a nuisance and Attorney Wilson be instructed to take legal procedure in the matter. 1:otion seconded py j.,ayor Epperson.
