Meyer Li cense: Grandview Barber Shop Barber-l Chair , Don Morrison of the Health Department met with the Commission regarding sewage disposal in Valley Creek, and,1 informed that there are about thirty-three residences, some with septic tanks and others with sewers I opening direct into Valley Creek. llx. Morrison recommended that an engineer be employed to ascertain feasibility of putting in a shallow sewer line, and insist that all residents be connected to the same. The City Engineer was instructed to get estiJlate of cost of construction and possibility of forming L.1.D. Mrs. Hoglund spoke before the Commission regarding garbage collection and disposal from relief recipients. ,It was decided that the Relief Board will keep a list of ralief personnel not being charged'for collection, 'and if alV are removed from list, the Board will notify the Garbage Superintendent to resume charges. Three merchants on Front Street east of Lincoln, requested in writing that Front Street from Lincoln St. east to end of sidewalk be posted for one hour parking zone. It was moved by ~or Epperson th8t the Police Chief be instructed to install one hour paning signs in the said area, and also two hour parking signs on the west side of Lincoln Street between 4th and 5th Streets and both sides of Lincoln Street I between 5th and 6th Streets. Motion seconded by Commissioner Steele. All members voted Aye. Motion carried. "Mr. Moe requested permission to install a display parking lot at First and Oak Streets and erect a small roffice on the same. Mr. Moe was instructed to submit specifications to the Engineer for approval with .1,apPlicstion for wilding permit. ,A resolution by the Clal1am County Commissioners, appointing Dr. Kintner to serve as temporary Health Officer on part time basis at $200.00 per month, was presented to the 'Commission. It was resolved that ,Dr. Kintner will serve in this capacity until a full time Health Officer could be secured. It was moved :by' Mayor Epperson that the appointment be approved by the City. Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. All !voted Aye. Motion carried. IUnder the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City, the following were introduced I Ted L. and LaVerne A. Quillin, Astrid J\. Fredriksen, Lots 14, 15, Blk. 358, Townsite Lots 1, 2, Blk. 515, Townsite 275.00 140.00' lIt was moved by Commissioner Steele that the foregoing resolutions be adopted and the property sold. ,Seconded by Commissioner Johnson.
