Roll call showed the following officers present: ~ayor Davis, Commissioners Henson and Masters, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins. The m~nutes of the previous session wero read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Buildin& Permits and Licenses the follmving were granted: JO~~}. Jacobson, Addition of 1 room, Lots 33 & 34, Blk. 65, P.s.c.T., Subd. of Sub. Street to 6th Street, between Cedar and TU'llwater Streets, was read and referred 'to the City Engineer. I A letter was received from Albert C. Martin, Comnissioner of Public Lands, notifyiIlE the City Corrnnission that the Foss Launch & Tug Company had made application to lease the harbor area in front of Band C Streets and Block 9 of Tidelands West of Laurel Street in front of Port Angeles and asked the City Commis- sion ~o notify the de?artment whether or not the Co~ission had any objections to the iss~ance of the lease.. The Commission instructed the City Clerk to advise the COlmnissioner of P~blic La"ds that th.e City- has no objections to the issuance of a. lease on the above descr.ibed harbor ar.ea.
