AN ORDINANCE levying ~n ad~ission tax on persons payine ad@issicns, or who are admitted free or at reduced rates to any place; fixing the amount and providing for the collection therecf; and prescribing penal ties. AN ORDINANCE vacatine certain streets, portions of streets and alleys in the City of Port Ange1es, Washing- ton, as described in the Notice of Heari~g on petition to vacate and particularly described in Secticn 1 hereof. Richardson for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to any valid liens against the same; that the City Pttorney be i~structed to prepare a quit claim deed conveyir~ said property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port Angeles be, and he is hereby instructed to execute "aid quit claim deed, and that the Mayor of the City of Port nngeles be, and he is hereby instruoted.to countersign said ~uit claim deed when the purchase price and all accrucd inter- est thereo~ has been paid in full.
