Paul T. Poulsen, being first duly sworn, deposes and says that he was at all times herein mentioned of full
age, a resident of Port Angeles, Clallam County, State of Washington, and a citizen of the United States
and of the State of Washington; That on the 1st day of March, 1943, he posted true anj complete copies of
the original notice of hearing on petition to vacate certain Streets and Alleys descrihed in the notice of
hearing hereto attached;
One copy YlaS posted at the front door of the Court House in Clallam tounty, Washington; one at the front
door of the City Building at 140 West Front Street, Port Angeles; one in a conspicuous place at lSth and
"lL" Streets; one a conspicuous place on each of the Streets and Alleys in the City of Port Angeles,
Washir~ton, whi~h is sought to be vacated in the petition in the above entitled ma~ter.

AN ORDINANCE vacatine certain streets, portions of streets and alleys in the City of Port Ange1es, Washing-
ton, as described in the Notice of Heari~g on petition to vacate and particularly described in Secticn 1
hereof.

value and that at this time it is the best interest of the City that it should be acce,ted and the sale
made.
NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOtv~D, that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the
said property at rrivate sale to the said Harriet E. Richardson for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject
to any valid liens against the same; that the City Pttorney be i~structed to prepare a quit claim deed
conveyir~ said property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port Angeles be, and he is
hereby instructed to execute "aid quit claim deed, and that the Mayor of the City of Port nngeles be, and
he is hereby instruoted.to countersign said ~uit claim deed when the purchase price and all accrucd inter-
