The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and was called to ordsr by Mayor Bsetle. Roll call showed the following officers present: Mayor Beetle, Commissioners Beam and Lind, Acting Attorney Taylor and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building "ermits the following were granted: John D. Roddy, remodel residence, Lot 6, Block 119, lownsite W. D. Morrissey, build house, Lot 10, Block 382, Townsite Wm. M. Maddox, rebuild home, Lots 19 and 20, Block 264, Townsite George Engelsen, Remodel room, Lot 7, Block 317, Townsite 400.00 2000.00 500 ,00 100.00 Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following resolution was introduced: RESOLUTION TO SELL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY FORECLOSURE WHEREAS, The City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described property in the City of Port Angeles, to-wit: Lot Twenty (20), Block Three Hundred Fifty (350), of the Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington, which said property has been acquired by the City on foreclosure of delinquent local improvement assess- ments under Chapter 205 of the SesSion Laws of 1927, and WHEREAS, Don Tagud has offered to purchase the above described real property from the City of Port Angeles for the sum of $13.31, and WHEREAS, the City Commissioners have value and is in excess of the amount including interest and other charges fal'rl viewed the said property and are of the opInIon that the offer is paid by the City for said property, plus all L.I.D. assessments, against the same. NOW, THEREFOR , BE IT RESOLVED, That the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the said property at private sale to the said Don Tagud for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to any valid' liens against the same; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a deed conveying said property to I the purchaser, and the City Treasurer be, and she is hereby authorized to execute the said deed in accord- 1 ance with the provisions of this resolution and Chapter 275. Session Laws of 1927, when the purchase price I has been paid in full. 'I It was moved by Commissioner J:jeam that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Lind. On roll call all members voted aye.
