R~ll call showed the following officers present; Mayor Davis ,Commissioners Lutz and Masters, Attorney Plummer and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of applications for building permits the following were granted,- W.L.Kidd, Addition to house, Lot 2,Block 317 ,Townsite Mrs.D.McInnes, Addition to house, wi Lot 2 & Lot 3,Block 52,Townsite $ 200.00 200.00 Under the head of reading and passage of ordinance the following ordinance was read by ti tIe and placed on its thi.rd reading,- An Ordinance requiring surety bonds for certain employees of the City of Port Angeles I and repealing ordinanoes in oonflict therewi tho . It was moved by Commissioner Lutz that the for~g6ing ordinance be placed on its final reading and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Masters. On roll oall all members voted aye. , The Mayor declared the motion oarried. I. Under the head of New business,- I Margaret Guerin having made applioation to use lot 2,block 116,Townsite for gardening ! purposes,- It was moved by Commissioner Masters that Margaret Guerin be granted permis- i sion to use lot 2,bolck 116,Townsite for gardening purposes for the year 1935; provided, r however, that in oase of a sale of the lot,or that it should be needed for City purposes, ( then this grant shall be void and the lot relinq,uished to the city. Motion seconded by I Commissioner Lutz. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion . oarried.
