U7711 ~ The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and was called to order by Mayor Epperson. Bids were as follovr; Owens Bros., Iconstruction Co., $18,075.00: Port Construction Co., $17,757.50. After the bids were checked by the Engineers it was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the bid of Port Construction Co. by JarJligan and Eltrich, for.' ,$ 17J757.50 be accepted. Seconde!! by Mayor Epperson. All members voted Aye. Motion carried.
