Roll call showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Commis8ioner Masters and Clark Hawkins. Under the head of Reports from City Officers the following was read: May 6, 1936 To the Hon. Department of Public 1(elfare; Division of Finance and Accounts for Payment out of State Grant-in-Aid, Project.No. G-5-1 provided for same., Motion seconded by Mayor Davis.
