II. by I!.ayor Epperson. Roll call I I revealed the following officers present: l:'ayor Epperson, Commissioners :Jteele and Johnson, Attorney Wilson I , and Clerk Law. " The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of application for licenses, the following was granted: l:arit Sperstad $3.00 I Under tile head of unfinished business, resolutions for the vacation of the fifteen foot alley, bounded on tne i east by T,ot 9 and on the west by Lots 10, 11, 12 ar,d ,13, and rwming southerly from the south margin of ,I Second Street to the alley running east and west in ,;lock One of Cain's Subdivision of Suburban Lot 21 of tHe Government Townsite of Port Angeles. Also tile east eighteen inches of Chase Street from its intersection with First Street and running southerly for a distance of 110 ceet to the alley running east and west between I First and Second Streets.
