Roll call showed the following offioers present. Mayor Davis,Commissioners Beam And Filion,Attorney Plummer and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were,read and approved. Under the head of Applioations for Lioenses the following were granted. The Commission examined and allowed the follOWing claims and ordered warrants drawn for same,- Supt.of Light Houses Current Expense Fund Rental for Ediz Hook Reservation 100.00 Ligh t Fund City Treasurer puget Sound Power & Light Co., Filing fees Power bill SI''l-I';> 3.75 5160.35 City Treasurer Light Investment Fund Purohase of Uunicipal Water Works Repair Fund Warrants No.417 to 445 Ino. 338.54 ~ilunicipal \'fa ter ',70rks Reuair Fund Hater Department Pay roll 141. 00 Water Department Pay roll 51.00 water Department Pay roll ,,-';;>"" 103 50 71-> - The Commission then adjourned to meet at 2 p.m. The Commission met persuant to adjounnment at 2 p.m. all members being present and was called to order by Mayor Davis. 'The matter of the hearing of T.A.Mitohell to revoke his Resturant License aame on. T.A.Mitchell appearing in responoe to the Notice of Hearing served on him. After listening to oral and documentory evidenoe the Commissionidecidedtthattthe ividence was not suffioient for the revokeoation of the license, therefore the matter was dismi,ssed. The Commission then took up the matter of the hearing of Phyllis Burke to revoke her license for operating the Commercial Hotel. Phyllis Burke appearing in responoe to the Notice of Hearing served on her. After listening to oral and dooumentory evidenoe the Commission deoided that the evidenoe was not suffioient for the revokecation of the lioense, therefore the matter was dismissed.
