The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and .U":s called to order by Mayor Davis. Roll call
showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Commissioners Henson and Masters, Attorney Conniff
and Clerk Hawkins.
Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the following were granted:
Marvin Sheffield, alteration of Horne, Lot 4, Blk. 293, Townsite
R. J. Avery, Constructionof HGme, Lot 16, Blk. 582, Townsite
Charies Atkinson, Remodeling Horne, Lot 6, Blk. 107, Townsite
Ziegler'S Shovrn, 1 Kiddy Car Auto Riding Device
Alfr~d Bolser, 1 Pony-go-round

Pursuant to the following notice to bidders the City Clerk reported bids
on file to furnish lamps for the variuus City Departments as follows:

It was moved by Oommissioner Henson that the contract be awarded to the James Hardware Co., Seconded by
Mayor Davis. On roll call JAayor Davis and Commissioner Henson voted aye, Commissioner Masters not voting.
