The City Council met in special session at 5: 15 P.M. Urrlcers present were Mayor Willson, Council-,
,men Maxfield, Cornell, Wolfe and Schroeder, Manager Herrman and Clerk McNeece.
The purpose of the meeting was to award the bid for the Grace Street Substation, which had been
tabled at the regular meeting on May 20, 1955.
A motion was made by Councilman Wolfe, seconded by Councilman Cornell and unanimously carried, that
.the motion,that "the bid for the Grace Street Substation be awarded to the low bidder, Federal Pa-
./CifiC Electric Company at $62,375.00 plus state sales tax", be taken from the table. I

iing May 20, 1955, and taken from the table by motion passcd at this meeting, to award the bid to

Motion was unanimously passed.
