Roll call sh~iBd the following officers present: Mayor Robinson, COQffiissioners beam and Masters, Attorney Johnston end Clerk Hawkins, The minutes of the previous sessicn were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for BuildL~g Permits the follo~~ng were granted: H. R. Craver, Repair BaSBIJ'ent, Lot 1, Block 303, Townsite Elton Warren, Addition toHouse, Lot 10, Block 152, T~lnsite 1\. H. Brown; Remodel Dvrelling, Lot 18, Block 580, lo-vmsite Ernest Rotheroe, II n, Lot 7, Block 248, Townsi~_e Paul Waiee, Build liarage and Woodshed, Lot 7, Bleck 151, "ovmsite 125.00 185.00 200.00 150.00 140.00 Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the foll~ng resolution was introduced: RESOLUTION ~~PEPS, The City of Port ~ngeles is the ovmer of the follovnng described real property, havin~ acquired thl same by Treasurer's deed dated April 28, 1943, under and by virtue of the authority of Section 9393 of I Remington's Revised Statutes, Chapter 143 of the Laws of 1929, page 365, to-wit: Lot Eight (8), Elock Four Hundred Nineteen (419), T01msi te of Po:-t Angeles, Washington, anc WHEREJI.S, John Gallacci and toroth:i. Gallacci, husband and wife, have offered to purchase the above described real prop'rt;r from the City of Port AngeRes for the sum of $25.00, and WHEREAS , The ~ity Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair value and is in excess of the a~ount paid by the City for the said property, plus all L.I.D. assessments, including interest and other charges against the same, NOW, THEREFORS, BE IT EOESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port "ngeles sell the said property at private sale to the said John Gallacci and "crothy Gallacci, husband and wife, for the su:n hereinanove set forth, subject to 2~-:l other valid liens against the sarre; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare s quit claim deed conveying the said pro~erty to the Durchaser, and thpt the City Clerk of the Vity of Porl Angeles be and he is hereby instructed to execute'the said quit claim deed, and that the Mayor o~' the City of Port .H.ngeles be Clr.d he is hereby instructed to countersign said quitclaim deed. It was moved by Corrmissio~er Masters that the fo~egoin~ resolution be appr?ved and adopted. Seconded by Mayor Robinson. On roll oall all members voted aye. The Uayor declared tne motion carried.
