The Commission met in regular session at 10 a.m. and was called to order by Mayor
Davis. Roll call shmved the following officers present: M880r Davis, Gommissioners
Lutz and Masters, Attorney Plummer and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Building Permit sand Lieens es the following
were granted:
George Paulen, Remodel House, Lots'8 & 9, Blk. 167, Townsite
Skavdale & Nelson, Shingle Mill, on Port Fill foot of Qlierry St.
L. H. Bi'oton, Remodel House. Lot 16, Elk. 9, P.S.C.C. Sub.

Polioe Judge, Thomas Geisness, reported 15 cases tried and $35.00 oolleeted in
fines for the Month of May, 1935. Report ordered filed.
Under the ,head of Introduction of Ordinances, the foll~wing Ordinance was intro-
duced, read in full, and placed on its first and seoond read~ng:
AN ORDINANCE relating to the rates and eharges for the use of electrioa1 energy
and Via ter of the Gi ty of Port Angel es an d declaring an emergen ey.
The Commission examined and allovled the following claims and ordered warrants
drawn for same:
