Roll call of.officers showed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, Attorney Wilson and Clerk Law. A schedule of charges by other cities was presented, shovang franchise tax for I similar transportation systems. Final decision was postponed until the next session at which time a complete ireport will be made. I li.George Northup requested permission to remove I. approve when proper application is made. The petition was filed for further cOrulideration. I I Under the head of reading and passage of Ordinances, the following was passed third reading and adopted: I ORDINANCE NO. 1198 AN ORDlNANCB vacating that portion of Fourth street lying between "C" and "D" Streets, on which abut the i following described lots, to-wit: Lots Sne (1) to Ten (10), both inclusive in Block One Hundred Nine (109); and Lots Eleven (11) to Twenty (20), both inclusive in Block One Hundred Ten (110), :Downsite of Port .1 Angeles, Clallam County, Washington. . It was moved by Mayor Epperson that the foregoing Ordinance be passed third reading and finally adopted. I i Seconded by Commissioner Johllllon. All voted Aye. Motion carried. I I .
