Roll call showed the following officers present. Mayor Davis ,Commissioners Beam and Filion,Attorney Plummer and Clerk Hawkins. The City ~ngineer was instructed to prepare estimates and specifications for the construction of the Eighth Street Bridges acroes Valley and Tumwater Creeks and present them to the County Welfare Board to be submitted to the State. The City being able to apply only)25000.00 to\"lards the construction of the bridges.
