ICharles Webster of the Evening News informed the Commission there was a forty acre tract in Section Six of 'the Morse Creek water shed which could be acquired by any individual and logged, as it is not under control 'of Park or Forest Service. The Engineer was instructed to consult map for location and secure other information required for the City to acquire the said land. ;i t~nder the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real pro~erty by the City, the following was ltintroduced: I. H. C. Huthruff and ~. B. Cr~lley Lts. 17 to 20 Incl., Blk. 442, T~msite r 200.00 .It was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the foregoing resolutions be approved and adopted.
