Roll call showed the following officers present: ],layor Davis, Commissioners Deam and Masters, Acting Attorney Taylor and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. W. M., and WHEREAS, The National Park Service should have the best possible radio communications obtainable on account of the important part radio plays in forest fire protection, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the National Park Service application for permission to erect and maintain radio masts and aerial on the north edge of the Gity of Port Angeles Water Reservoir site be, and the same is hereby granted, to remain in effect until such time as the City may need the property for city purposes. BE IT FURTHER RESOJLVED, that in case the City should need the said property and this permit be terminated, then all radio masts, aerial and other radio equipment owned by the National Park Service and erected on said property, shall revert to them and may be removed from said property by them. It was moved by COlllmissioner Masters that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Beam. On roll call all members votes aye.
