The Commission met in regular session at 16:00 A.M. and was called to order by Mayor Davis. Roll call
showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Uommissioners Henson and Masters, Attorney Conniff
and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of t he previous session were read and approved *
Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the folloWing were granted:

Under' the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following resolution was introduced:
RESOLUTION
TO SELL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY FORECLOSURE
\VHEREAS, The City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described property in said city, to-wit:
The West Ten (10) feet of Lot Six (6), Block Two Hundred Forty-two (242) of the
Townsite of Port" ngeles, Washington,
which said property has been acquired by the City on, foreclosure of delinquent local improvement assessments
under Chapter 275 of the Session Laws of 1927, and,
WHEREAS, one Vincenzo Russo has offered to purchase the above described real property from the City of
Port Angeles, for the sum of Fifteen and 08/100 ($15.08) Dollars, and
WHEREAS, The amount offered for the above described real property is in excess of the amount paid by the
said city for said property, plus all L.1.D. assesslJlents including all interest and other ch.rges against
the same, a.nd
WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair
value.
NOW, THER8FORE, BE IT RESOEV8D, That said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the
said property at private sale to the said Vincenzo RUDSO, for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to
any other valid liens against the same j that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a quit claim deed
conveying all the right, title and interest of the City of Port Angeles to the purchaser and that the City
Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to execute the said deed in accordance with the provisions of
this ~esolution and of Chapter 275, Session Laws of 1927, including tection 4 of said Chapter. (Section
9384 of Remington's Revised Statutes pf Washington.)
It was moved by Commissioner Henson that the foregoing resolution be adopted. Seconded by Mayor Davis.
On roll call all members voted aye. The l.layor declared the motion carried.
The Commission examined andallowed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn for same:
