The Engineer ll8S authorized to negotiata for right of way and taking over existing road, making report at next session. ' I The taking of City Census was brought before the Connnission, and forms from the State Board presented by ,Mayor Epperson. I i Under the head of introduotion and reading of Ordinances the following was introduced, read, and passed Ii first and second reading~ 11 Ordinance No. 1184 f . AN ORDINANCE relating to the use of the streets of the City of Port Angeles, designating arterial streets, repealing Section 5 of Ordinance No. 1087, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by COmmissioner Johnson that the foregoing Ordinance be passed first and second reading. Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye.
